Identifying those strengths our team identifies the most viable brand partners available to you. Our in house team handles pitching and negotiating with brand partners. Finally we directly manage your personal obligations and payments as part of any brand deal secured.

Sponsorship Management

The way the process works is simple. We have taken the liberty of breaking down the process below.

  1. We establish an athlete profile based on personal and publicly available information. This acts as a cheat sheet for identifying your UVP.

  2. Our team identifies potential brands that fit your niche, brand size, and monetary goals.

  3. We pitch you the athlete to these brands, and handle all negotiation factors.

  4. We provide you with initial offer letters for approval or alteration.

  5. We repeat steps 3 & 4 until you the athlete are satisfied.

  6. We close on the deal, and directly manage your commitments to your new sponsor’s. As well as their commitments to you.

Due to the nature of long-term sponsorships and brand deals. GRMM takes a pre-agreed upon percentage of the revenue from any and all managed sponsorship deals.
